In autumn, when golden leaves fall in a gentle breeze, 24 boats answer the call of the race committee. ‘Alles ob d’Waaser’ echoes across the lake. Nine brave Optimists race to the finish line, while 15 determined dinghy sailors teams try to catch the turbulent southerly breeze that gathers them at the leeward buoy, where they argue, ‘Give me Waaser!.’
Three races are on the scorecard at the end. All in all, everything was done to ensure that everyone had fun in competing. Wind was changing non stop and adaptability was required. The red boat kept a close eye on the club’s young talents, and documenting the autumnal hustle and bustle on the water with a camera and aerial drone.

The racing boats were then packed up on a golden carpet, and medals were awarded to the fabulous optimists as well as first regatas participant and cups to the combative dinghy sailors for the last race of the season. And so this autumn fairy tale ends amid the fresh scent of wood and leaves.
